A good asian movie from the directors of Shutter, the movie is thrilling and with a good twist, the direction is great and the story is interesting.
This film was stunning visually, scarey when it had to be, if not entirely original, it made up for it in what seemed like great acting, unforunately my copy of it was subtittled by a very poor translator, they used pigeon english and most of the words were either blended together or in the words were in the wrong order for english and at times they were still in Korean or Thai, anyway still a good film. I hope they get a decent distributer for the western world that can afford an english speaking translator.
Good film, but gets a bit repetitive by the hour mark. However, a good ending helps it out tremendously. I went in thinking that if it's half as good as the amazing Shutter, I'll be happy, and it was a bit more than half as good...so I'm happy.
The premise of a dead siamese twin sister makes this movie a tad bit different. The horror sequences are well done and there is definitely some "jump factor" in this movie! Albeit the subtitles do detract from the great filming and acting of this Thai movie. Worth a watch if you don't mind sub-titled movies.
