Justin Timberlake proved himself a potentially strong young actor in Craig Brewer's brilliant "Black Snake Moan" (2007) but then managed to make me think that's a fluke on the basis of this... Junk, junk, junk...

June 7, 2007OMG! Ben Forester was absolutely AMAZING in this movie!! He was insane!!! The one telephone scene was play to perfection! If you have ever been mad you will relate to this scene! I just couldnt believe my eyes watching him!! Ben Foster acts with more passion than I have ever seen in an actor. This guy is what I consider a "true Actor"!!
I have become one of his greatest fan after watching this movie! I hope he makes it really big because he deserves it!! I LOVED the shaved head...he needs to do parts along this line because he knows how to portray a maniac!! Youve GOT to see it!! -

May 12, 2007I MUST NOT HAVE WATCHED THE SAME MOVIE AS OTHERS HERE ON FLIXSTER! I AND MY HUSBAND THOUGHT THIS MOVIE WAS SHEER TRASH! I AM AN OPEN MINDED PERSON, BUT THIS MOVIE WAS NOTHING MORE THAN DRUGS, DRINKING AND CONSTANT USEAGE OF SWEARING, ESPECIALLY THE "F" WORD. I FAILED TO SEE A GREAT STORY LINE HERE, A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME WATCHING THIS, PLENTY OF OTHER MOVIES OUT THERE TO WATCH, FORGET THIS ONE! AM SURPRISED BRUCE WILLIS WANTED A ROLE IN THIS TRASH!

May 4, 2007This movie is full of swearin, violence and druggies. I didn't realli wanna c it but my m8 did so i watched it. It was ok but was a but gruesome. Also when Justin Timberlake came on all i could think about is the singer Justin and not the Actor Justin, and now when someone plays his song i think of the druggie Justin in the film! I don't think i will watch it again because its not my type of movie. But it was OK but didn't the young boy have a horrible death ! :S

April 26, 2007it was like the writer thought really good story all the way through the film was brilliant to bring such a vast bunch of actors together to make such an intreeking film truly brilliant young people will really feel the reality of young people. the ending was abit abrupt but stil told me what i needed to know, justin timberlake did an excellent job in this film.xxxx

Just to let you know,Alpha Dog is based on a true story. How could you not feel bad for that poor boys mother?!
