People have become plagued with schizophrenic episodes always, in constant fear of food shortages and supply contamination. Humanity has reached a chaotic state where children slaughter each other in the streets over a pieces of stale bread. Through all this turmoil a new regime gives birth to itself, vowing replenish food supplies and put peoples minds at ease in this chaotic baron wasteland. Is this simply fiction, or could this animation have some truth in it in the years to come?
