The foibles of bad TV are meant to be the fuel that fires this routine comedy, but it is rather a low-octane mix. Two high schoolers, Paul (Adam Nathan) and Donna (Julie Hanlon) steal a camera and run away to work in Paul's father's TV station -- where their kleptomania continues.
