    Yes, I know... but this is a true guilty pleasure from my youth. I'll always love it for such stupid reasons. It's dumb, schlocky, ridiculous, macho and ultimately a silly kick-ass 80's, direct to video pile of testosteroney. BUT.... I love it! Sorry, it's funny when it's not su...( read more)pposed to be, the ninja action is very cool and Steve James is the poor mans Samuel L. Jackson. 1985 never looked so .... er, well.... ninja-ish. Spawned a bunch of sequels, but the original is still the cult favorite. Trust me folks, it's really good fun!!!

    This film's cheese factor is way off the chart and most of this film makes very little sense but for sheer comedy value this film has some quality moments such as " I named you Joe because it was the only american name i knew." and the truck that blows up for absolutely no reason.
