  Do we need to say guns, blood, explosions again? What if we try this: the art direction if flawless. And the bodycount is Awe-sum!!! I really like Jean-Claude Van Damme and Scott Adkin's chemistry together. This is well directed and shot. One is fighting to assassinate his target because of love, fighting to try and bring justice for his wife. The second is the opposite. Everything thing is about work, and he is just doing a job. Vincent (Van Damme) becomes more open to love throughout the film, as you see the change from the start to the end, and that was a good believable story. Can't wait to see Van Damme and Adkin reunite again (at the third time) in the upcoming 2012 movie, <i>The Expendables 2</i>.

  Straight to DVD yet actually a pretty good action thriller for once from Mr Van Damme, his new best mate in action Scott Adkins joins in for the ride and this time they are on the same side to battle some fat guy that looks like he just stepped off a 70's porn set. The film appears to be in sepia for allot of the action which is odd but looks quite nice, at first I thought there was something wrong (maybe there was haha) but it does seem to be like that for some reason. There isn't allot of martial arts fighting either I must reveal, we don't see Van Damage going on much, some fighting but nothing special, same for Adkins too, this is mainly a film about hitmen taking out targets swiftly but we do get one fast punch up with the two main men. Nothing terribly new here, same old stuff but it is better than most run of the mill action films from JCVD and it looks like it was actually made well with some care and not as tacky as these films can be.

  This explosive action flick hits the bulls-eye, anybody who loves action movies shoulkd see this movie. I absolutely loved it. An exhilerating and adreneline-charged action-packed edge of your seat thriller. A strong, compelling, gripping and emotionally engagging movie. A pure knockout. A wickedly cool and tremendosuly awesome ride with a strong stroy and great characters. It`s sharp, smart, funny and packed with heart-stopping thrills from start to finish. An explosively entertaining film with a traditional western style feel to it, it feels like a modern-day and highly stylized version of For A Few Dollars More. Scott Adkins and Jean-Claude Van Damme are at their best, these two sensational action stars pack great physical skill and intense star power. Van Damme gives a great and gritty performance, as he gets older the more compelling he is to watch. Adkins is riveting, he truly is one of the most gifted action stars of his generation and also just a gifted actor. Adkins and Van Damme have great chemistry that shows with great character development.

  The latest action film starring my mom's favourite actor, Jean-Claude Van Damme, wasn't something which I enjoyed watching. Even Scott Adkins as a partner didn't help... Yes, there was lot of action and violence but the story of Brazil (Jean-Claude Van Damme) who is a contract killer, willing to take any job if the price is right, was all about the violence! The main character Flint (Scott Adkins) left the assassin game when a ruthless drug dealer's brutal attack left his wife in a coma. Now, two of them are trying to sort out the same coldblooded drug dealer, wanting him dead - one for the money, the other for revenge. Of course, there are crooked Interpol agents and vicious members of the criminal underworld hot on their trail in Romania... but these two assassins reluctantly join forces to quickly take out their target before they themselves are terminated. Don't expect too much of a dialogue or some complicated story... everything here is shooting and fighting. If you like that, there is a chance you could give it a positive review!

  "The best weapon against an enemy is another enemy." "If I don't feel then am I really alive?" "The Muscles from Brussels," Jean Claude Van Damme is back in this action thriller as contract killer Vincent Brazil, willing to take any job if the price is right, as adept with knives as he is with cross bows, sword and guns. He teams up with Roland Flint (British martial artist Scott Adkins) who left the assassin game when Polo Yakur, a ruthless European mobster's brutal attack left his wife Anna (Bianca Van Varenberg, Van Damme's daughter) in a coma. When a contract is put out on the same cold-blooded mobster who's only recently been released from prison, both Brazil and Flint want him dead; one for the money, the other for revenge. Further complicating matters, Brazil's aborted first attempt claims the life of Yakur's brother, leaving the gangster somewhat out of sorts. With dirty Interpol agents and vicious members of the criminal underworld hot on their trail, these two assassins pool their resources to trap and kill their quarry. But unknowingly to them a mysterious third party is pulling the strings. Will our heroes figure out they're being manipulated, before they themselves are terminated? Will their partnership last, and is it even entirely sincere? I guess you'll just have to watch this movie to find out! There is also a subplot where Brazil saves a bruised and battered prostitute from her abusive pimp. This hooker with the heart of gold threw him for a loop launching him full blast to a new level of self discovery. I went with it but it had to be mentioned cause it back-handed me stupid.
