Loved this film!. Ginger is so good at comedy and she steals the show. Her growing love for the baby is so adorable and her relationship with Niven is portrayed brilliantly well with equal amounts of comedy and cuteness. The scenes where they make up their own language and when Niven tries to return the duck are hilarious.

This is only of my favorite comedies from the 30's. It is so darn cute, especially for the time that it came out. David Niven and Ginger Rogers have the chemistry to pull it off.

Charming. Quite impossible, of course but who cares as it was written I think to escape the harsh realities of the depression. David Niven was adorable in the end when he told his father that the child was his, knowiong full well, he wasn't.

This was a great movie! I love Ginger Rogers and although I love her musicals with Fred Astaire, I love watching her do her thing without him.

MCT:January 24, 2007Accidently bumped into this on AMC about 10 years ago. I laughed my ass off! I love David Niven in this role and Ginger Rogers plays the part so well. A must see for the classic movie fan!

this is the best romantic comedy! i loev the party scene and its cool. i think sometimes its old but its good.
