Being one of the first Indian movies I have ever watched, I didn't know what to expect.I have to admit I was enchanted and awed beyond my expectation by the way the brilliant storyline, the excellent acting by Amitabh, Hema and the others, plus the superb editing and production combined, to create the most near perfect film that not only Indian families can relate to but every family from every culture, race and nation, which is excellent in itself.I cried like a baby! Indian movies have a new big fan in me because of this excellent production, Baghban.

I love Baghban when they make the mother sleep on the floor in the kitchen because the maid refuses to share a room with her. Great eneding when the father disses his kids - what was the mother's line: I can forgive you for what you have done to him as a mother, but as a wife, never...The Holi song and dandance number is a little contrived and just there, well like any wet Sari scene...

every body should respect their parents. we dont 4get that our parents gives us life and when our duites comes to serve them then we shouldnt show our parents back.

I saw first time this movie on the reslease of the first week, In movies if we present best tribute to Amit such a bad for Hema, her face expression, dialogue deliver, expectations and feelings for Bachan iis presenting a orginal mood of the film. Film topic not a new but selection is totaly touching heart.

Its a sad movie about a mother and father n their kids..this man retires and thinks hes children will lookm after him but them end up treatin him really bad n he thought his kids loved him...overall this is a really good hindi movie

Aside from a bad acting from Salman Khan. The whole movie was great as it was touching. A great film, really worth watching.
