The beast of Babylon (Michael Lane) is an evil king who considers the day wasted if he hasn't trampled on the rights of the citizens of Assyria. To make matters worse, the king regularly sacrifices pretty young maidens to the resident goddess. Scott muscles his way into the proceedings and spearheads a rebellion.
