MCT:May 15, 2008this was one of the most beautiful loves stories i have ever seen as a kid. it will always be one of the treasured movies from my childhood, because it has such a good message. And the message is to look at peoples' hearts and not their outer appearance, if you want to find true love.

MCT:May 12, 2008All those Norwegian bands try to pull the Beauty and the Beast technique off. But what they don't realize is... they suck.
Which is ironic since half the bands I listen to are Scandinavian. But apparently I like sucky music. :/ -

The only animated film to ever be nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards this film is quite beautiful, and one of the best animated films of all-time. Angela Lansbury?s voice as Mrs. Potts is very memorable and the song numbers in here are memorable as well as beautiful to behold. The beginning with the shot of the forest is always stunningly detailed to me. The beginning narration as well is right on with that voice sounding so perfect for that part. With the right amount of comedy and drama this film has amazed me since my childhood and still stands as one of my favorites. Simply great animation.

This was a favorite of my daughter's and grand daughters.Each loves it dearly,probably most of all.The songs are the best and the scenes so beautifully done.Each character is so memorable,each unique.I've sat through it a hundred times,I know.Wore one tape out and now have the DVDs.

i can watch it over and over again and not get sick of it.

I love this movie. It's just Disney at it's best. Back when they could actually make good movies. Nowadays they get their credit from Pixar.
