Plot: With some help from the Newton family, Beethoven the dog comes to the rescue of a female St. Bernard and her four puppies.
i hate these movies they go on and on and on enough already we know st.bernards are big and make messes jeez!
Uggh, I have a great fear of Nicholle Tom...perhapes it's because her parents spelled 'Nicole' incorrectly...
Purely a kid movie. It's not fair to rate these movies in the conventional sense, so I rate as I thought of it as a child.
'Floyd: [knock at the door] That's her, that's the dog
Regina: Dogs don't knock, Floyd'
'Seth: Ryce? Like the food?'
'Ted: Height is just temporary, right? When you wake up in the morning, you're a little taller.'
'Emily: We're not millionaires yet. Are we thousandaires?'
Funny movie. For some reason, this was better years after I saw it the first time. St. Bernard puppies are so cute. Plus it's fun to point out some actors in their earlier days.
Who didn't love this films when we were little?? I loved them, now I'm just not drawn to them anymore. The film is overall sweet and cute. It's definitely a classic so it's worth watching. Definitely perfect for kids and as a family movie, but aside from that there is not a lot to say about it...
the first one's the best ..... but it's not too bad! worth seeing if youre a kid or youre sittin down with the family.
i think I've watched this but i can't remember it all now and which one i've watched...I'll just watch it again..
Not a movie I would recommend if you're looking for something fun to watch. You'd probably only like it if you are hugely in to dogs (especially St. Bernards) and are under the age of 7.
Sequal, and it turned out really good, for one. I liked it as much as the first one. Another one of my favorites as a kid.
Good movie. I like the story and the fact the cast returned. St. Bernard's cute but when it grows old you cant get the poo in to an ordinary plastic bag so you have to carry like plastic 10qrt shopping bags and take like 8lbs of it each time he feels for it.
I have a dog and likes dogs (and cats). When a kid I always wished for a St. Bernard. It's cute but when it grows old you cant get the poo in to an ordinary plastic bag so you have to carry like plastic 10qrt shopping bags and take like 8lbs of it each time he feels for it. The film is to sweet for me. The first one was enough.
You like dogs well than you will like this movie about a family who tries to keep a bunch of St. Bernards in there home.
Awwww I love this one more than I love the first one...I think its just so damn cute!!! The pupys..I miss my puppy now!!!*SNIFF*
The first movie was already mildly entertaining at best and the sequel tends to recycle more of the same antics as the first. It's probably worth viewing on a Sunday afternoon if you're with kids and there's nothing else on TV.
I use to watch this movie over and over again when i was like 6 i loved it and it's such a good kids movie!
shouldn't this dog be technically dead by all the films its done, if not it should be getting that way!
just as bad as the first, if not worse. bad acting and stupid plot points, this idiotic beethoven franchise is turning into a nightmarishly long doggy series, with absolutely nothing new to offer in each sequel, and getting worse and worse as time goes on, with the miniscule exception of beethoven's 3rd, which was slightly enjoyable, but barely tolerable.
i love all the beethoven movies because they are classics and really good. also the dog is so cute i just want to hug him so bad.
Sequels suck, but as sequels go this one is the best in the series. Note: Not better than the original, just better than any of the other sequels. Good kids flick though.
go the st.bernards.one for the puppy lovers out there so i guess that includes me.puppys are soo...cute.:)
I've seen half of it & thats enough for me. I think the fact that the dog knocked over a building & that the dad ate lots of hamburgers & then had to chase villains is proof that this is definately not written by a normal peson...
