Not one of Seagal's best movies, but not overly horrible either. The plot is typical Direct-To-DVD Seagal stuff and the acting is subpar, but then again Seagal is past his prime at this point.

So bad it's good. Very guilty pleasure. Seagal can't make up his mind whether to use martial arts, guns or sword, so he uses them all. Some hilariously bad dialogue, but I expected nothing less. After a production-line of mediocre blockbusters and sequels, this was fun.

I am not into Steven Seagal nor this type of martial arts film. It's not without some merit, there are some decent scenes. Very violent and lots of gunfire, explosions and killing. Only for those who like these sort of films.
