Funny film I watch with friends
I really really really enjoyed this.
"I once built a bird house, but it was condemned by the fair housing committee
Now that's a real shame when folks be throwin' away a perfectly good white boy like that.
one of the funnies freakin movie i ever saw. Curtis Armstrong is hilarious.
I am a big fan of Cusak and 80's movie so this is a perfect fit! I like the french girl too!
Hilarious! Cusack is fantastic, and the comedy is brilliant. Check it out!
Has to be added to the list of the classic 80s comedies. Kind of had a scrubs and family guy feel to it which was pretty cool. Funny how Cusack kept trying to kill himself and it just seemed funny the whole time.
this movie is frickin' hilarious...a well-deserved cult that followed.
There's just something so so so wrong about a madcap comedy about a suicidal teen. Cusack is always good though. A completely misguided film.
this is the best movie in the world. i absolutely love it. everyone should watch it. it's in my top 5
A classic Cusack 80's comedy. That's a shame, throwing away a perfectly good white boy.
Haha, this movie is so random and hilarious. John Cusack is great. I love how this movie is full of real feelings in teenagers, but it's gone to such a laughable level. It's awesome.
This film is a non-stop laugh fest and the ultimate epitome of the 80's.
Recipe for great movie: hot exchange student, singing hamburgers and homicidal paper boys. lol!
Lane Meyer (John Cusack) meets French foreign-exchange student named Monique (Diane Franklin) is staying with Lane's neighborhood across the street to pretend she can't speak English but she can speak English only with Lane.
A funny, quirky, all around wonderful film! It is one of my favoite flicks from the 80's and I recommend it to all.
A cooky little movie, in the usual Cusack mould. If you're a fan of Ferris Bueller's Day off or the slightly more off beat 80s comedies then add this to the must watch list.
i love like, his daydreams... hella like my fav show scrubs. so whimsical, heehee
Every parent needs to watch this movie. It explains in great detail what a typical teenager goes through in high school. And it's extremely funny and youll laugh your ass off!
I don't know why, but this is just one of my faves! It has some great one-liners in it for sure.
