"The Language of love"...Love the scene in the diner when Cusack is playing the trumpet
Cusak is great as usual but i love Curtis Armstrong as Charles Demar. Oh and the dancing hamburgers! Everybody wants some!!!
one of the weirdest films ever, it had some good ideas but never quite pulled them off. John Cusack is hilarious and as usual unbelievably witty, but that's al it has going for it
lame. the only reason i was even able to bear this movie at all was the really cute french girl
Not as stupid as I thought it will be. Its real funny. John Cusack is hot in this one .
This is a dry, twisted movie. Less about teen angst and more about mediocrity. Reminds me of me, that is when I was feeling sorry for myself and thought the world was against me. I quote this movie often.
Awesome! I love this movie. A classic John Cusack movie. "I've been going to this highschool for seven and a half years, I'm no dummy."
nothing made any sense in this film?!
there was no story, no point where i wanted to see more.
pure 80's!
pure cody and scott!
Asche, I remember you suggested this movie years ago to me. I finally got around to watching it. Liked it quite a lot.
wow! john cussack shows he can do it all. its hilarious this. just some crazy stunts like the paper boy who is insane. the japanese racers. and many more. its also a sweet sweet film too. its a good 80's flick. worth watching in my eyes.
Lane Myer (john cusack) gets dumped by his grilfriend for a boy who can ski the k-12. Lane thinks maybe death would be the best way out of this desprate time. But when he meet the french exchange student she cheers him up, one of the weirdest 80s movie i've seen. i love it, sweet...( read more)
I have this thing about a cafe and 50 cents. Just ask Bt or my mum. The paperboy and the $2 thing is something I need to see. Update - I finally watched it! A good 80's flick.
After watching this movie, it's easy to see why John Cusack got every acting job he's ever gotten since he plays just about every part in this film. It was a great film, but the truth of the matter is that there was a lot of really crazy, non-continuous things that happened in th...( read more)
I need to see this again, because the details are blurry since I last saw it. I do remember liking though in a weird quirky humorous way, lol.
Cinematic comfort food. Nice mix of intentional and unintentional humor. The French chick really pumps my nads.
