Certainly a film with a strong message. Everything one does has an effect on life.

Just did not appreciate one scene where Edward brought disgrace to his mom. Could have been left out.

    To Miakeane,
Miley was the little girl that said: Don't cuss, there's a lady present. This was her first movie.

The other girl, the blond in Spectre was played by Hailey Anne Nelson. She was Young Jenny.

    GREAT film!

i Love this movie it was really good. i didn't undeerstand it the first time i watched it but saafter watcing it a few times i began to understand it. Now I really like it i can't get enough of it. I thought that it was so intriguing and sweet, expecially the seen with all the daiseys. the witch was really scary looking but I guess she turned out to be pretty sweet. I mean she helped edward Bloom. The only thing that i thought was rude was when the town sent Edward to go tell the giant to leave the town alone. I think it was just because he was the man of the town. The police are there why couldn't they go an tell the giant to go away. I guess then there woldn't be a story. well, that's pretty much all i have to say about this movie..... Oh wait i would recommend it to anybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Burton just creates magic!I love fairy stories! The world is very serios and it needs a little bit shining up. fresher looks; that makes the world a place to live in.
no matter how many times I have seen it, I still cry while watching the end of the movie. It makes me realise over and over again how much we need tales to survive in an unfortunately grave world...

I thought that this film was really great. I really like Tim Burton. I never paid attention to who directed films, and then I noticed that a lot of the best ones were directed by Tim Burton. That is great.

In this world of reruns, remakes and movies with absolutely no creative bone in its structure there is rarely a movie with (one) imagination (two) creative direction and (three) amazing characterization. With this in mind one gets the intuitive feeling that there is no hope for Hollywood, but once in a blue moon out comes a movie that sheds some hope for said Hollywood’s flops.
Tim Burtion's Big Fish had it all. Finely a move that is worth seeing again and again. With its creative story line to its fantasy like direction Burtion created a masterpiece. One worthy of a bow.
