  This story deals with a young couple named Samantha Howard, (Heather Graham) and her husband Craig Howard, (James Purefoy) who are a very happy couple in love and Craig is a writer who finally finds a publisher for his book which will provide excellent financial security. However, the only problem facing this couple is the fact they are having a very hard time having a baby. Eventually, Craig and Samantha find a company that can help them have insemination treatment which helps Samantha have twin babies. Samantha is very happy about her ability to have children but notices that where ever she goes a hooded stranger follows her. As you view this film you will find out just what type of children Samantha gave birth to in this world.

  Writer Craig Howard (James Purefoy) and his beautiful wife Samantha (Heather Graham) are desperate to have a baby. After Samantha is diagnosed infertile, the couple who have just moved into a beautiful house by a lake, decide to accept an offer from a mysterious fertility clinic for free insemination treatment. Unfortunately, the owner of the facility is a devil worshipper who is trying to clone Lucifer, using Heather's eggs, her husband's sperm, and a drop or two of blood from Satan himself and after a short time she really gets pregnant....with twins no less. Samantha soon notices that a hooded stranger is stalking her, and she becomes paranoid when she realizes that the place is indeed a cloning clinic and she was impregnated with the devil's seed. We know she's carrying the anti-Christ. I mean, what else could it be? In the end, it's left up to the viewer to draw their own conclusions as to whether the twin girls are angels or devils although it is equally questionable as to whether one could be evil and the other good.

  Terminally dull <i>Rosemary's Baby</i> ripoff with leaden pacing & lazy acting. Not even worth watching for Heather Graham. In fact, it's best she scrubs this from her filmography altogether.

  Heather Graham is surprisingly decent in her performance (no Boogie Nights, but no Miss Conception, either), but the film is like a rip-off of The Austronaut's Wife, which itself was already a horrible rip-off of Rosemary's Baby, which is an awesome movie. Everyone in here… More
  Heather Graham is surprisingly decent in her performance (no Boogie Nights, but no Miss Conception, either), but the film is like a rip-off of The Austronaut's Wife, which itself was already a horrible rip-off of Rosemary's Baby, which is an awesome movie. Everyone in here is stupid and deserves to die because of their stupid actions. Still, I do see it everytime it's on late at night.

  It's just ok, reminded me of Rosemary's baby but just not as good. I think that some of the scenes could have transitioned better. Just some of didn't make sense because they would jump to the next scene and suddenly she was 7 months pregnant, but they didn't explain what happend to his publisher. I did find it as creepy as it sounded. The only really creepy scene was the very end, with the boy dressed as Satan.

  I rented it was because I like James Purefoy. After watching it I'd say only watch it if you're a huge Andy Serkis.
