Critic Reviews

  • Ian Berriman, SFX Magazine

Shining a flashlight on some murky corners of human sexuality, it's a continually astonishing piece of work - by the end you may feel somewhat dazed and bewildered.

Based on a story by Edogawa Rampo, this is certainly a film very ahead of it's time in many aspects. A strange relationship develops between a blind sculptor and a female model. Hardly the type of film that gets made these days.
