Emma Brody (Madeline Stowe), a musician in an Irish folk-rock band was blinded as a result of childhood abuse by her mother. Her doctor, Ryan Pierce (Peter Friedman) performs an operation to restore her vision, but soon Emma is suffering from retroactive hallucinations in which she sees things that have happened hours, or even days, before. As she was the only witness to the murder, her credibility soon comes into question, but she is believed by Detective Hallstrom (Aidan Quinn) who has been tracking what he believes to be a serial killer. I thought the movie was OK. A whodunit. Madeline Stowe plays Emma who hears something strange, but cannot identify the murderer as she has limited vision. Aidan Quinn plays the cop/love interest and it requires both of them to solve the murder. Usually in this type of show, I can guess who the bad guy is, but I guessed wrong in this one.

Good thriller. Good cast. Emma was blind and had an operation. While she was recovering, she witnessed a murder.

Although it wasn't a complete success with the critics, I enjoyed this mystery-drama film. Enjoyed the plot as well as the pair of actors- Stowe and Quinn. Although I don't recall Leonardo DiCaprio being in this film, hmmm...I don't know.
