All they wanted was a fun night out on the town, but when eight college co-eds are offered a fearsome word of warning from a terrified vagrant, the stage is set for a life-or-death struggle against the powerful forces of the undead. Later, as the crew makes their way home and the moon lingers ominously overhead, one of the students vanishes without a trace. After finding the corpse of the mysterious transient the following day, the group is terrified to find the dead rising from their graves in search of fresh blood, and their missing friend transformed into an undead ghoul intent on devouring their flesh. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

...this is the first movie I've ever seen in which a baby gets brutally murdered, so there's some historical significance going on here.
