A neat variation on the old "Hands of Orloc" story and a guilty pleasure. Jeff Fahey is good, as is Brad Dorif in a small role. It has an amazingly scary car crash at the beginning of the film.
The idea is not all that new, and it's actually pretty good for being a lower budget movie.
When I first saw this years ago, I thought it was creepy but very original type of movie
