When a troupe of young DJs and promoters decide to turn the house into a nightclub, dark forces are, unsurprisingly, unleashed. Bones has a cutting sense of humor, and Ernest Dickerson's direction snaps, crackles, and pops. It's not exactly subtle--the opening scene launches into gore and special effects--but there is some evocative imagery, particularly a large black hellhound that the club kids foolishly adopt as a pet. Snoop casts an effectively spectral aura, and Pam Grier, as the hustler's psychically gifted former girlfriend, has her usual presence and energy. All in all, a dynamic and enjoyable horror flick. --Bret Fetzer

    For a haunted house movie starring Snoop Dogg...I gotta say, it's not that bad. It does a good job of setting things up and looks pretty good, but just has nothing real special to offer.

    I have never seen such a pathetic and worst scary film in my life... This film really a dustbin as there was useless scenes and useless waste story which can never been imagined... ah i was having headache after watching this stupid kinda movie... totally a mess and totally a wor...( read more)st film... because even the bloods are not looking natural... then u can imagine how worst it would be... a useless and awful film in hollywood....
