    A very provocative Australian documentary of the infamous surf community the Bra Boys.
    This was very good film making with the right informative and emotional tones. A very honest portrayal of the group which is very important for a documentary like this.
    If I had to choose to j...( read more)oin any "gang" today the Bra Boys would be my first pick. They're everything a gang should be they defend their community, have no racial prejudice and use the surf as an alternative to violence and drugs (for the most part).
    I'm not a surfing person but I got really into this film and the culture of these characters.

    The Bra Boys tells the documentary of a local surf community in a beach area called Maroubra. These boys grew up in a poor neighborhood filled with violence, didn't have money, but they all shares one thing in common, a love for surfing.     Story of poor kids growing up in Marobra and their love of surfing and self preservation binding them together. I found it to be an inspirational story.

    Fantastic documentary. I was completely captured by it, it was interesting, educational and you could really feel for what these boys have been through.
