September 9, 2006It's very good, although his end was no where near as brutal as it was in reality which was quite dissapointing as I was expecting a gore-fest.
Anyone who wishes to see a gore-fest should check out Ichi the Killer instead, but otherwise this movie is quite good. -
July 28, 2006I dont own this movie, and i am ashamed that i dont, because is is essential for anyones collection. Mighty Mel Gibson delivers an incredible performance no matter what movie hes in. Frrreeeeeeeeedoooooome!!!!!

May 24, 2006what a powerful insite into scotlands medeveivel struggle for freedom and inderpendance! from the beggining, it is full of saddness and violance... you've got to laugh when Hamish punches William when they're little... my god... i'd have cried! the bit with the stone's clever too... if you haven't the foggiest idea what i'm wittering on about, i suggest you watch the film! - clever of me, that, wasn't it!
