Super Post war Japanese nihilism at its finest.
Short and sweet (Put a Harry Potter author in here).
Fantastic visuals, alludes to other works but is very much its own who gives a fuck seizure inducing beauty. -

Senseless and meandering. It's kinda cool, but it's pretty dull at the same time - especially if you've already been exposed to a lot of this type of thing. This director seems to be very hit or miss, but he easily belongs right up there with the best from Japan
