Hilary Duff was sweet as Kelly a girl who moves with her mom and new stepdad to the tough military Academey School and has to learn to ajust to her new life also learning a valuable leasson along the way
This is a really good movie proving that glamour doesn't get you everything you want and hard work gets you everywhere. See how Kelly deals with military school a new step dad and a lil bro or sis on the way all the while trying to impress her dream guy and kewp the teacher's pet off her back.

When her mother marries friendly General Maxwell fashionable and independent-minded teen Kelly Collin Duff) must move to a new town and start at a new school. Unfortunately, that new school is a military academy, where Kelly struggles to fit in with the strict and regimented atmosphere. Her progress is not made easier by Cadet Captain Stone (Christy Carlson Romano, KIM POSSIBLE), a mean and by-the-books troop leader who seems to have singled Kelly out to antagonize. Now Kelly must find a way to integrate herself into the school's disciplined world while at the same time maintaining her upbeat and unique viewpoint on life. good movie.
Hilary Duff is pretty cute in Cadet Kelly. I really liked watching the drill teams perform too... and embarrassingly enough I cried more than once while watching this...
Excellent Military ROTC drill team action makes this worth watching, ignore the silly dramatics and resume building by cute Duff and Carlson "Kim Possible" Romano. (Did you figure out I used to be on a rifle drill team in High School yet?/;-)
Hilary Duff, why does your face look so obese in that picture? I will give this one more star than it deserves because of the sweet ribbon dancing at the end.
Kinda cool.Not really something you could watch many times though,I've seen it several times and it's boring now.But like the gun routines were pretty cool and the ending was good.

Disney movies went down after a while, there funny or good to think of in a couple of years later and think god why did I like that or watch it? But as for this one movie I'll never EVER see and I just cant stand Hilary Duff
a highly preppy girl going to an all military school thats funny. she learns how to become more responsible and learns to watch what she says cadet kelly is about learning how to move on even though you may not want to.. i love it
