A few flaws but otherwise enjoyable movie, may be boring moments but only fleeting ones.
Just as compelling and creepy as the original Candyman movie. I was spooked once again!
The setting is New Orleans this time, during the Carnival.
The first film had a huge bonfire; this one has a huge flood of water; for a spectacular memorable end sequence.

I was living in the French Quarter of New Orleans when I watched this, and was amused that one particular scene took place a block from where I was at. It was not as good as the first in this series, but it wasn't too terribly bad that I would refuse to watch it again next chance...( read more)
No where near as good as the 1st one but then again that was pretty laughable so what did I expect...
