August 13, 2008Average chick flick that sinks to a little below average with an ending that feels tacked on to make the audience happy.

March 10, 2007Shirley MacLaine is always a good excuse for a fun film and that was the case again here. Eccentric families have a lot more fun maybe but without most of the luxuries life has to offer. Is that a bad thing? Do we all need to have a picture book family? Great film

October 20, 2009Likable but nothing out of the ordinary. It has it?s share of cliche?s, but it entertains for the most part. The cast is good. It?s most always good to see Shirley MacLaine, and she is fine in this. Nice score.
