Another great film I have loved since childhood! I was very lucky a few years ago to meet the granddaughter of Violette Szabo and I had a fantastic conversation with her about this story. Should be compulsory viewing!!!
This movie is simply amazing. It tells the story of a London shopgirl called Violette Bushell whose normal life changes drastically when her husband,who is a French soldier,gets killed in action. Violette shows great bravery and courage.
