Mike Scott, Times-Picayune
Beyond introducing audiences to Chris Hemsworth, this low-budget crime thriller is a hit-or-miss affair. Mostly miss.

Offers inept cinematography, stiff performances, and Sean Bean using a kitchen sink sprayer to mimic urination. The picture doesn't exactly live up to the sizzling potential of the genre.

Nothing special or even particularly good here, but it's watchable. The dialogue was really bad, however. The actress was also not so good. Chris Hemsworth is probably the only decent thing about this silly little movie...

Whilst I often have a problem with English accents in American all sounding the same, Sean Bean uses his own Sheffield accent in this film and I guess I would have to put it to not Brits to say whether that works or not.
The double role for Bean was also a little cheesy, hasn't this been done too many times? As early as the Norman Wisdom days?

Oh this is bad, what a waste. Sean Bean is on auto pilot in this, dialogue and acting is terrible. Little or close to no real action, must have been a low budget TV film. Just skip it and save that 90mins for something else!

This movie is hilariously bad, almost as if it was a student film that lasts two hours. The production value is terrible, the story is just ridiculous and the dialogue is unnatural. However, it wouldn't be half as entertaining without the so-bad-it's-good element. I like the various attempts at being quirky and unique, especially the random shot where Sean Bean uses a kitchen sink hose to fake pee on a guy. I mean the only reason you should be seeing this is if you're looking for a Hemsworth fix.

A fairly good feature but it's a little too plain for me.
In the first half I was going to give only 2.0 stars but after half way it started to get good.
Anyway, no "Oscar" here.

A stroke of good luck turns lethal for Sam Phelan and his wife Leslie when they are faced with a life-changing decision that brings strange and sinister Pyke Kubic to their doorstep. As Pyke leads Sam and Leslie on a tumultuous adventure through the streets of Chicago, each are pulled deeper and deeper into a desperate spiral of deception and violence... All in the name of money.
Liked it didn't love it. Thought Sean Bean was by far the best in this film. Chris was good, but you could hear his accent here and there coming through.. But Victoria was a bit annoying and seemed to be trying to hard. Don't know, she just didn't feel right for the role. Over acting a bit. But all in all a good little action movie if you can call it that. Well worth the watch.

Decent thriller. Just when a young couple think their financial problems are when they find a suitcase full of money, they soon realise their problems have just begun when the owner comes knocking at their door. The story was OK, but I thought the dialogue wasn't very well written. I liked the central character played by Sean Bean, he's always been great as villains, and his performance in this movie was especially menacing. Worth checking out if there's nothing else to rent.
