The sequel has Benny falling in love with an attractive young actress named Ti Yun (Michelle Lee) and dealing with problems caused by his former partner Nieh (Lau Siu-ming). As in the original, numerous complications ensue, including a plot by some unscrupulous mathematicians to rip off the casino with a specially devised version of Morse code, and the murder of Benny's son which is engineered by Fu Chia-chin's widow -- and Benny's ex-lover -- Vivian (Joey Wang).
