October 24, 2009This is a sweet movie that I thought worked well. The acting was good and we even find out how Casper died. There is a bit of silliness but it works well with the script.

October 24, 2009I can't believe this movie gave me nightmares as a kid. Casper was a friendly ghost and I wish there were more like that. I would love for a ghost servant to be able to get me a drink out of the fridge but unfortunately most ghosts are just interested in haunting.

September 2, 2009The story is nice and very beautiful. Casper and his uncles look like real ghosts. this is a perfect family film no doubts with casper charismatic appeals with the kids.. and yes also with me young at heart =D

September 1, 2009I still catch it every October, and I still sing "It's my party, and I'll DIE if I want to" every now and again. I can't help it. It's like certain Weird Al songs. The spoof overwrites the original, no matter how much longer you've sung along with it.

July 21, 2009I loved it since I was a child. This story is nice, cute, about love and friendship... This is a wonderful example of a movie on which kids should be brought up. It shows and teaches good.

I always found the young Christina Ricci to be pretty cute in this, and something about the ghostly trio appealed to my young-boy-child sensibilities, but in retrospect there's nothing especially original or outstanding about the film itself.
