Catwoman was never a cool character but this just flatout sends Catwoman to hell. Glad eye only saw this on Cinemax. Though eye shot my TV with a rocket launcher three quarters through the movie... sometimes you just have to do what's necessary to survive.
Actually, I heard a lot of bad things about this movie, like how this movie could end up in winning Razzie awards for Best Picture and Best Actress for Halle Berry, but I still wanted to see this movie... The truth is, yes it is true that this movie was bad, but not as horrible as I ever heard... If it's compared with what Michelle Pfeiffer did as Catwoman in Batman Returns, yes it's true that Halle Berry totally sucks in this movie, especially for an Academy Awards winning actress... She didn't go 'crazy' as Michelle Pfeiffer do when she gets reborn, she just looks like a woman with two personality, it's a different perception... Yet Halle Berry acts really horrible, she deserved winning a Razzie awards for this performance... The truth is she is did not pretty bad as Catwoman, at least she still got the sexy style... But her sexy was got because of her body which is sexy, not like Michelle Pfeiffer which is not sexy but because of she going crazy and so tempting, she becomes sexy in a superhero way... The Catwoman costumes itself just too sexy I think, looks like they want to sell the beauty of Halle Berry here, not the story of this movie which is pretty horrible for me... Having Benjamin Bratt or Sharon Stone not really helping for me, but at least their performance in this movie better than Halle Berry did... The only good thing about this movie is at least they told the history of a Catwoman, the other thing just sucks...
Catwoman was a pretty stupid movie, it wasn't very well done and it didn't have lots of exciting scenes. It is definitely one of the worst super hero movies of all time.
after minute : WORST SUPERHERO MOVIE EVER! Along with Batman & Robin , a movie with a plot worse than any other show .

Have you ever seen a movie this ugly ? Who made mistake actually ? It's the director . the crews or the players ? Well , they all made a super big mistake for a quite high budget movie , actually Catwoman can be a super eccentric yet cool when person like Quentin Tarantino takes care of it .
Story : ECCENTRIC , STUPID , PREDICTABLE AND UGLY . I'd rather read the comic than watched the movie .
Score : Mixing a fugly superhero movie with RnB soundtrack and less sound effect, are you kidding me?How miss match is that?

Casting :Halle Berry as Patience Phillips a.k.a. the very very Cat , Catwoman . She acts as a wild little cat than a elegant sexy half-cat , half-human person . With special effect , even the cast of Power Ranger whatever can do it just like her . "Halle , where's your Oscar talent?" (Even Michelle Pfeiffer can do it a lot more better than you)
Overall : If you like Dark Knight A lot , avoid this movie , with its Superbad costumes (worse than Ultraviolet) and superbad directing and superbad acting , just say BYE BYE to this movie.
The plot may be preposterous, but that is a common feature of superhero movies. This movie has its weaknesses. There is no attempt to provide the main character with any psychological depth as there is. This might not be Halle Berry's greatest performance, but at least she makes a charismatically sexy heroine. Catwoman may be the purest nonsense, but at least it is enjoyable nonsense for anyone in the mood for a camp, over-the-top blockbuster.
It's no batman begins. It's clear like the newer batman films this movie was made to seem far more down to earth and intune with the modern world, but it's still bad.
Please tell me whoever made this was psychotic. Didn't follow the comics whatsoever. Not set in Gotham City, not the Catwoman backstory at all, no Bruce Wayne, her name isn't even Selina Kyle!!! -If you're gonna change EVERYTHING, at least make it GOOD!
I just saw a couple of minutes but it looked like a really bad joke. It's just like "Gigli": I haven't seen it so I think "Why does people hate this so much? Is it really THAT bad?"... With this one, I realized buzz is sometimes completely right.
This is one of the worst superhero movies I've ever seen and I've seen some bad ones. Halle Berry and Sharon Stone, have destroyed their careers with this one, they should both go into rehab so they can get a fresh kick start.
The comic arena is doing a good job sticking to the storyline. If only they could have done that with The Hulk back in 2003. But good thing that Marvel comics got their license back and redid it the way it was supposed to be made.
Perhaps the worst movie of 2004, and the weakest performance ever, from Halle Berry, as the Catwoman. Even she can't save the script and bad direction from rock bottom inanity.
Esto si que es arte conceptual, jeje Un divertimento para nerds, adolescentes y maduritas que se visten con trajes de flores. Algunas escenas son patéticas pero nada importa teniendo a Halle Berry embutida en un ajustado traje de cuerto.
This movie was horrible, even Halle Berry admitted so when she accepted her Razzie in PERSON. You should watch her acceptance speech for the Razzie, it's quite amusing. Benjamin Bratt being eye candy and Halle's comedic sidekick was the only redeeming value to this film.
It gets a star and a half cause it's Halley...but the plot was weak, a good cast, but not much action or interest...Michelle Pfeiffer was the one and only...
