Malcolm Clarke directed this drama about a couple of teens who take to the road in search of J.D. Salinger. D.J. Qualls of Road Trip and The New Guy stars as Neil, the son of a governor who is sent away to boarding school when he can't stay out of trouble. Once there, Neil is assigned to read The Catcher in the Rye and quickly becomes enamored with the book's main character, Holden Caufield. Along with his cohort, T.J.
