Next movie is Cheech and Chong's next movie after the classic up in smoke. The film sort of has a plot about marijuana I think and a cameo from Pee Wee Herman. The only thing this film does is prove to everyone that Tommy Chong should never be allowed to direct. It's that much of a mess and should be a warning for any aspiring directors to just say no or this is the film you'll get.

Still makes me laugh. I hope the younger generations can see these movies and get as much enjoyment out of them as my friends and I have.

"Cheech" (Cheech Marin) and "Chong" (Thomas Chong) are back, and are up to their illicit drug-loving antics. This time, "Cheech" is after a beautiful state social worker (Evelyn Guerrero) and sends "Chong" out to entertain his cousin and marijuana grower "Red" (also played by Marin).

"Red" and "Chong" go around town, play jokes on a full massage parlor, takes one of the women who works at the parlor to one of its client's home, a few police encounters and a trip on a UFO.

The scenes are horribly edited together. Some seemed to have advanced the plot, while others appeared to have been added in as an after thought. None of the scenes even stand out from the rest of the film.

Then there is the acting. The majority of the supporting cast appeared to have read the script just before filming the scene and were just not good in their performances. "Cheech" and "Chong" worked well together, but "Chong" and "Red" were a better duo.

When it comes to the jokes, some are worth a chuckle. The other jokes will just leave you shaking your head and wondering why the writer thought the jokes were funny.

When it comes to the sets and locations in this film, it appears that the producer looked for the cheapest locations to save a buck. The sets themselves were real small or pretty cramped, which limited the camera greatly.

There are some surprising cameos in this film, but not one of them are all too funny. One lackluster cameo is by the character created by the actor who performs him. This actor would take this character and make him into a very popular Saturday morning live-action icon many years later. Who is this character? It's Paul Ruebens' famous alter-ego, "Pee-Wee Herman". Ruebens also plays a hotel worker who shows a bit of "Pee-Wee" in him with things that you know "Pee-Wee" would say. The most disappointing part of "Pee-Wee's" appearance is that he is not the fun-loving character that his fans know and love.

The score had some classic rock tunes, but nothing really stands out. We even get to hear some pretty lame tunes from "Cheech" and "Chong" as well.

Chong was in the director's seat in this one and proves that he shouldn't be behind the camera. He didn't do anything to make this movie worth seeing at all -- even on HBO, which is how I saw it.

There was also some bad character development in this film. Many characters were just there to help with the jokes in the scene, and not much else. While others were in more scenes in the film, but they were badly developed and did nothing to help the plot.

If you see this at your local video store or rental place, walk past it. This one is not worth buying or renting.

You dont have to be high to laugh while watching this movie. But being high helps deal with the complete randomness.

Funnier than the first one but more unsctructured. I like the title almost as much as the title to Airplane 2 - "The sequel".

The only other Cheech & Chong movie worth buying. There are so many laugh out loud moments in this one. Proof that a low budget and a huge bag of pot can make a decent movie. Cheech steals the show, and Chong is just the half-wit sidekick that is on a permanent buzz.

Another classic from the world's first stoner comedy duo. They add Paul "Pee Wee" Rubens to the mix and it gets even funnier. El Roacho!!

The best Cheech and Chong movie. I know "Up In Smoke" is a superior movie, but I guess I just have a thing for Universal Pictures' early 1980s movies.

Still to this day, Cheech and Chong are very funny. Their adventures are great, the drug humor lives on. In this film, they have a great time, partying and have an alien encounter later on. A classic movie.

When you see the opening scenes with Cheech & Chong trying to siphon gas from a car, losing most of it because of a milk carton clog and the rest of it from reckless spillage, you know this film is going to be different. Funny but not as good as the first film. But Cheech and Chong fans will enjoy it. Followed by NICE DREAMS.

Plot Outline: The two stoners and their friends go through another series of crazy, drug-influenced misadventures.
