Funny and entertaining in a very clever way, with many references to traditional Chinese culture and some classic story plots. I simply love this film, plus Tony Leung is brilliant, as usual.

While trying to understand a comedy through subtitles is always gonna mean that some jokes are just lost, this more than makes up for it with some of the best visual gags seen since Airplane. It is very long and lopsided with too many jokes crammed in the first 2/3s of the movie ...( read more)
