Boring and uninspired. Sad considering I loved the original (Class of 1984) and both Malcolm McDowell, Pam Grier and Stacy Keach are in it, which seemed like a guaranteed good time. Plus, no Alice Cooper song! Though I should give this another watch, considering I enjoy trash ...( read more)

It was an enjoyable watch when I was younger. But, looking at it now, it just doesn't have the same effect. You have all these high school "kids" all experts at taking eachother out, but lack the ability to take out their robotic teachers. It's good for laughs and nitpicking. Not...( read more)

Cast (Pam Grier, Stacy Keach & Malcolm Mcdowell) goes a long way in Class of 1999. No relation to the excellent Class of 1984 this one in the end is a Terminator rip off.

April 14, 2007I agree it is dated now. But its one of my favourites. It does paint a bleak picture but it also has some reality to it(the opening narrative sequence is scarily close to what is really going on today). there is violence in schools and its not going to go away. Perhaps in the year 2099 it will be as it was seen in this movie.

March 27, 2007I saw it at first in the Tv and I loved it! It's too old but it's too very original. I recommended it to anyone!
