When I first seen this movie I must have been 10 or 11 yrs old. I fell in love with Claudine. It left an impression on me. At that young age I knew that no matter what your financial situation is that as long as you have a strong black mother ( like Diahann Carrol and My Mommy) that you to will become just like them... and I also fell in love with the middle son he was so cute... I wonder what ever happened to him ( David Kruger played Paul). All in all I found this to be an excellent movie. You should get it its on dvd... if you haven't already got it.
