Actually 'Clockstoppers' is the silliest and the most non-sense movie I have ever watched.
In the story it says that two people can pass to hipertime at the same time if they touch each other. In fact evet if their cars touch each other, it occurs again.
Well, that sound childish. Your feet touch to ground and ground touches to other people. So if you pass to hipertime, then everyone in the world should do so too.
As a result, the movie is a complete dissappointment.
