God yes. It's much cheaper to live in VA and NC than it is to live in the North West. I'm a smoker ( yes, i know...BAD STACY! lol) and here in VA i pay 3 bucks for a pack of cigs...out there it was like 6 bucks. Plus, we were paying almost 1K for an apartment that was SMALLER than the one we had in NC. (we were only paying 625$ for a 2 bedroom/2 bath in NC)
