Critic Reviews from Rotten Tomatoes

"Might have been better off in a kid's-size portion as a short."
‑ Nicolas Rapold, New York Times
"It's eventually obvious that Cory McAbee mistakenly believes that his characters' resolutely dull adventures speak for themselves."
‑ Chuck Bowen, Slant Magazine
"Clocking in at just 51 minutes, Crazy and Thief nevertheless could have been a great deal shorter."
‑ Zachary Wigon, Village Voice
"There's no reason in the world why this father's loving tribute to his own two kids should be as uncannily riveting or delightful as it is."
‑ David Noh, Film Journal International
