As much as i can tolerate any cheesy excuse for a horror movie, this one did make me question what the whole point of this movie was
    ! Watchable though.

I just saw this movie. It was awesome. Wondering why it took so long to make this one, since the others are from the 80's. Great stories. They were all so awesome. Can't choose my favorite. It wasn't really scary, but the faces of those vampire people or whatever, were scary. This movie was funny also.

Oh dear god they didn't. Hot of the non success of Day of the dead 2 Contagium they have decided to butcher another great franchise. This time with Creepshow. Make no mistake George and Stephen aren't involved with this one this time (although George has expressed that he would love to do another one, let's just hope that they can get the rights back from taurus entertainment and make that dream come true. Yes this one has gore but the creepiness has just gone from this one. This not Creepshow, it may have the name but it's not creepshow This has none of the feel of creepshow either. Terrible CGI effects replace some of the gore that was reall in the other two. The animation parts for the comic are just like either graffiti or looked like a child drew them. The stories were ok but everything was laughable. the hooker murdering clients was just so stupid and when the twist kicked in, i didnt shudder once, in fact i didn't even care. the acting was poor and the inclusion of The Creep was pointless as he only appears right at the very end and melts into a pile of CGI goo.

Ater this I hope that the company quit while they are ahead and give the rights back to George or Laurel entertainment and allow a better sequel to arise.
Believe what people say about this one its worse than you can possibly imagine.

while the script was rather complicated this movie has nothing to do with the first 2 creepshow movies. i'm glad i only spent $1 renting with rebox but wish i woulda waited for it to come in at the library for free. not even worth the $1 i spent.

Haven't seen the first two (impossible to find!!), but I hear they are killer so I cant compare..

This movie..was funny..a light hearted sort of comedy..my favourite was probably with the bride of the professor.

not as good as the first two, but still an interesting movie. It's also pretty funny, it could be a black comedy.

This was a decent movie with some decent gore, but did it hold a candle to the first two? No, it doesn't.

One of the absolute worst sequels I have ever seen. It's a shame to see such a pathetic excuse for a sequel carry the great name of "Creepshow". Horrible directing, awful stories, shameful acting, laughable FX, and pitiful dialog make this painful to watch.

I wish I could give it a lower rating. Has nothing to do with the previous films. The most insulting film ever.

If movies in which absolutely nothing of consequence happens are your bag, then Creepshow 3 is the movie for you. 104 minutes of nonsensical anti-horror, sprinkled with awful acting and a heavy smattering of the most unfunny version of "comedy" you've ever seen, and you have a film that absolutely disgraces the good franchise name it has managed to latch itself onto.

We open with a crudely animated sequence which would almost be a bit of fun if not for the awful animation. This sequence nontheless contains the greatest amount of style and morbid visualization than all of the live action stuff combined.

We then fade right into the next story. thats right folks, no Creep or comic book here, just cross fades. When the very foundation of your series is the blatant homaging of EC comics titles, the elimination of this motif makes perfect sense, right?

But I digress. The first story, "Alice", should perhaps win some sort of award for being the most nonsensical story in an anthology of inanity, as a young schoolgirl is inexplicably transformed by the universal remote her father recently purchased from a homeless man. There is a semi-explanation later on, but by the time we are treated to the exact same sequence repeated in a different language for the third time in 15 minutes, the movie has already lost our interest. From there on we are treated to several more intertwining stories (think of Pulp Fiction, then wish you were watching it) involving talking radios, vampires, and haunted hot dogs. I shit you not. The only suspense being generated by the endless waiting and wondering if something will happen. Let me save you 104 minutes: Nothing happens.

A few small kudos should go to some decent effects, not GREAT, but decent, and maybe a story or two that manage to initially build some interest, though that wanes very shortly.

I've been waiting for a Creepshow 3 for a long time now. In fact, I'm still waiting.

A straight to video/DVD instalment of Creepshow without any of the previous talents involved in the original 2 films.

But don't let that predefine your view on this, lest we not forget how many of our genres greatest talents have turned in substandard junk as recent episodes of Masters Of Horror. Before judging this on names alone.

If viewers take Creepshow 3 with an 'as it comes' approach, they'll find a fun 80's feeling horror anthology which isn't a bad thing as that was comic horrors heyday with films like Blood Diner and Street Trash seemingly coming out weekly.

Like all horror anthology's some story's work better than others. I liked how characters from previous story's turn up again. If you put these poor plots aside then there's gore and gags a plenty in this.

The sets are classy and the acting though not really Oscar worthy isn't so bad. Gore and visual FX are a touch tacky but done with its heart in the right place, the cgi I didn't like but was nice to see good old prosthetic effects used among them.

Gets a chees-a-tastic 5 out of 10 from me, I know most previous comments say its the worst turkey ever, but these people haven't seen the worst of troma or a Todd Sheets movie. Suitable to fans of trashy 80's horror and anyone looking for a no brainer and respects good old fashioned cheap thrills.

The third anthology in the Creepshow series is unfortunately a bit of a step down from the first two movies. A couple of the segments have the basis of good story to them, but are poorly acted out. You'd be better off sticking with the first two Creepshows.
