Lawstorant (Buczkowski) was a small-time crook tossed behind bars for a petty crime. In order to keep his mind occupied during his sentence, the unrepentant jailbird begins dreaming up all the ingredients for the "perfect crime." Later, as Lawstorant gets paroled and begins recruiting a crackerjack crew of con men and crafty thieves, it appears as if his plan will go off without a hitch.
