Informed by Doc Edford (Margaret Avery) that she will soon give birth to a child, female cyborg Cash (Khrystyne Haje) ventures into the wastelands in search of Cytown, a safe-haven for her kind and the home of Evans (Zach Galligan), the brilliant scientist who created them. But Cash isn't alone on the road to Cytown, because, unbeknownst to her, the malevolent Anton Lewellyn (Richard Lynch) and his sidekick Jocko (Andrew Bryniarski) are hot on her trail, and eager to strip her for spare parts.
