Cuba Gooding Jr. does a super job of doing comedy movies the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a wondrous camp. I liked the Commander which teach the kids so much new tricks, once it came to the competition at the last part.
This movie would have been better if they would have used the original cast from daddy day care. They didn't even have the day care in the new location as the other instead it was back at the house. Don't get me wrong Cuba Gooding is a great actor, but Eddie Murphy is a 100 times funnier.
I won't see this for the reason I love Daddy Day Care.. without Eddie Murphy I just can't see how it would work.. Seems like a loose sequel , and I hate lose sequels.
Seriously TEAM AMERICA had it all wrong... and with this release they might want to rethink the whole "{Cuba Gooding} is way better than ben Affleck" line in that Pearl Harbour song.
There is so much wrong with the film i don't know where to start. Apart from it being completely unfunny and annoying.
Not to mention that the kids are really shit actors (well a good 90% of them anyway)
I seriously don't understand why it was made. Even my 9 year old sister didn't like it.
People getting hurt by flying pieces of wood and a ton of farting jokes really isn't gonna cut it.
Funny, but I still like the first one better. However, even though Cuba starred in the film rather than Eddie, I was not at all dissapointed. Cuba is young and very talented!
WHoa this was pretty bad I mean don't get me wrong the first one was great Eddie Murphy, Steve Zahn and oh my god Lacey Chebert it was great but this one sucked big time it was a total what were they thinking and why? I guess someone needed to get paid but what ended up happening was you got a lot of filmmaking disgust. They really should think when they let movies like this out of the can.///
My kids really enjoyed this movie. However, it's not one that we will purchase for our collection. It had a good moral to the story. It was funny at times too. However, I personally missed the original characters of Daddy Day Care.
Good fun movie for the kids. Does not have the original cast of eddie murphy and company, but cuba gooding does a good replacement. simialr movie to the first just outdoors and more of a message on acceptance between father and son.
Directed by one-time child star Fred Savage, Daddy Day Camp, the sequel to Eddie Murphy's Daddy Day Care, stars Cuba Gooding Jr. and Paul Rae as Charlie Hinton and Phil Ryerson, a pair of fathers who attempt to keep their summer camp afloat even though they are under dire economic strain. This is one of those typical kids funny movies..but it was funny and very cute. I just like Cuba Gooding Jr...he's a cutie. The story was like lot's of others, there are the underdogs and the bullies. The bullies kick butts but the underdogs fight back and come out on top....as usual. Very cute...
