It was actually a descent Tyler Perry movie that wasn't the same ole plot. Makes you actually feel sorry for the father even though it happens in real life more times than not
This movie was excellent. It brought me to tears to see the way the ex-wife treated her little girls. I'm glad that there was someone looking out for those precious little girls.
Cute movie but very unreal and predictable. I live on a street filled with drug dealers and it isn't exactly like that. If youre looking for a simple love heart warming story and you don't mind how unreal it seems then watch this.
This movie was just great. This country's family courts are a mess and this brings it to light. Racial relations are confusing, even for those with their heart in the right place. This movie explores both issues in a family friendly way. Impressive.

another tyler perry production. it is a good one. but i have seen better ones from perry productions. the actors are well, and the plot is pretty owned, but over all it is entertaining. it will make you cheer for the underdog and enjoy some great scenery from atlanta, georgia.
Cute...proved just how stank some chicks can be...stereotyping...prejudging...and proves that there are African American males who take care of their children.
Of course i loved this movie! Gabriel Union is in it! haha! Tyler, you are setting a nice pace for other black artist, producers and directors to shoot for! The stars can be reached!
previews look good. and it was good. didn't know forsure after seeing it was a tyler perry movie. i haven't liked all that he has done.. but this was a great movie. Has me in tears by the time the credits where rolling. very emotional. very touching . the Love that monty had for his daughters. and finding real love with the lawyer he was first hired to drive around.lol.
A single father, Monty is a garage mechanic who lives in a poor neighborhood and struggles to make ends meet as he raises his three young daughters on his own. But, when the courts award custody of his daughters to his corrupt, drug-dealing ex-wife, Monty desperately tries to win them back, enlisting the help of Julia, a beautiful--and hard-nosed--attorney he meets during his short stint as a chauffeur. absolutly loved this movie, I can relate to this movie, and I like that it was a movie that the dad was the good guy instead of the mother. This movie really hits home and touches the heart.
