This one i just couldn't get interested in. Just so happens that both my parents LOVE this movie! Hmmm... looks like a generational gap this one. So... apparently if you were born earlier than 1970, this is a necessary watch and quite funny! If you were born after 1970, don't ...( read more)expect a life-changing experience. It's humourous, yes, but not my era.

Engaging, with a very likable performance from Albert Sharpe as Darby. The special effects are pretty seamless as well.

The movie is a great Disney live action film from 1959. It most notably stars a very young Sean Connery as Michael McBride. The few special effects were good for the time and the movie itself can be watched and enjoyed by the young and old.
