Gita is a lonely, and she has convinced herself that Aditya will one day divorce his wife so that she and her lover can be together without shame. Of course, with a loyal wife and a beautiful lover on the side, Aditya isn't about to let go of a good thing and selfishly strings Gita along. Tragedy strikes, however, when Gita dies unexpectedly and Aditya remains haunted by more than just her memory.
