I enjoyed this film simply because it's Dickens. Your screenwriter would have to be such a clod to mess up a literary master (And it's been done countless times before and after) so I was expecting a well-rounded movie and it delivered. Bob Hoskins may be the most underrated acto...( read more)

This is an amazing film! A young Daniel Radcliffe shines, as the title character. Who knew that he would become an international star, just a few short years later? I highly recommend this film.
