William Girdler, Christopher George, a racist Leslie Neilson and plenty o' animal attacks make this a great entry in the nature gone amok film. Sure it's a product of it's time, but oh what a time it was.

Packaged as a horror thriller, this is really a disaster movie in disguise. The "suspense" is very drawn out before any action begins, and then the disaster at hand is cinematically restricted due to special effects based only on editing. One interesting aspect was seeing Lesli...( read more)

A very good premise - animals attack humans for no reason - is inevitably limited by technology and budget.
