Filled with everyday life relationships and comical situations, with a few memorable characters, a solid sense of pace, lots of weed, enjoyable soundtrack, no pretentiousness, no moral.
A highly entertaining portrayal of the 70's high school life.

I graduated in 1979 and this totally reminded me of high school. Loved the tunes.
As somebody who went to high school during the 70's I have to say that this film is scary close to the truth. (In that funny 'ha-ha how did I make it through all of that' way.)
Younger people won't get it because I don't think this is that universal for all time. Still, great ...( read more)

The only movie that has actually made me a little nostalgic for high school as an experience. The experience is universal, the haircuts just change a bit through the years is all.
